Submission Guidelines

Upon closing on our homes, each homeowner signed documents agreeing to abide by the community’s Governing Documents, including the Covenants, Restrictions and Easements (CR&Es) and Architectural Guidelines. 

 

Please prepare the following prior to submitting your application.

  • Clear, current photos of the project area

  • Detailed project plans or sketches

  • Specific material lists and/or color swatches if applicable

  • Timeline estimates
